Well I remember one year ago today you left to go to the dentist and you came home and I was working on the patio and you told me not to work too hard in the hot sun and you said Bye I will see you later and I'll call you later and that was the last time I seen you and talked to you and I miss you so much. Cayden and Cole are beatiful you would be so proud of them and you would showing them off like you would always do with cayden. You would be proud of Jennifer, she is such a good mother. She won't let cayden forget you. Dianne my heart is still aching for you. I feel like a part of me is gone. I love you and miss you so very much.

To the Family & Friends of Dianne Unthank:
Words can not express my deepest sympathy. I was fortunate to meet Dianne when she worked at UofL taking minutes of community efforts the medical subcommittee had embarked upon. Later when her position transferred over to regional activities she became my secretary as I undertook the regional chair position in January 2008. With her efforts, we as a region began working on the many task at hand asked of us by the State. Dianne would volunteer her time to come assist those that would ask her assistance. As I got to know her better we talked about her daughter, son-in-law, her grandson, how she enjoyed quilting and that she was very much looking forward to the day she would finally finish her college education.
This community and those especially that worked close with her will miss her deeply. Members of this community have been brought together to work as one and times have allowed us to become friends. We shared times of laughter, working towards a common goal and took each other as confidant, and grew to become an extended family.
May you take comfort in knowing that your sister, mother, and grandmother was a wonderful person and gave all she had to ensure those lives that she touched will remember her always.

My twin aunt Dianne Marie Kelley was taken away from us on the earth by God for a reason? I wish I know why? I deeply miss her very much. I have lost so many people I love that hurt me. My favorite mamaw Clara and papaw Earl Kelley were thankful for the beautiful family! I always love them very much. |

To Family and Friends of Dianne, Dianne will be truely missed by many that loved and cared for her. She had many great wonderful traits. She loved her grandson dearly and loved to sew her beautiful Quilts. The last time I got the chance to see her, she came and picked me to have lunch with the Preparedness Bunch, that made my day as I just gotten out of the hospital. She would cheer you up when you were not having a good day. I will miss her dearly as will the many people that got the chance to know and love her. We will miss Dianne and you will never be forgotten!!!! |

I am saddened to hear about the unexpected loss of Dianne. I worked with Dianne at UL and can say she was truly one of the only 2 people that helped me when I needed it. She proudly showed off pictures of her grandson any time she got new ones. She will be missed by so many. |

While this is a great loss for her family and those of us in the Emergency Preparedness community, her untimely passing is a greater loss for the Louisville Metro community. Dianne's contribution to ability of Louisville and the surrounding counties' to respond to healthcare emergencies is immeasurable. Her absence creates a tremendous loss that will be irreplaceable. She was a friend to all she knew and will be fondly remembered by those whose lives she touched. |

I'm still in a state of shock that Dianne is gone. Dianne was a person I could call a true friend, she would do anything to help you. We shared many times together and many laughs, I will truly miss her. She cherished her grandson Cayden and I hope that he will one day know that his grandmother was truly a wonderful person. God Bless all of her family, because she will be missed. We love you, Dianne! |

On behalf of all of the members of the Joint Emergency Services Unit our deepest sympathies and condolences to the family, friends and co-workers of Dianne. Her dedication to our team and it's mission, as well as her willingness to help out in all aspects of supporting the unit, will be sorely missed by us all. Dianne would cheerfully volunteer her time and expertise to handle many of the administrative details of both team missions and day to day operations. The value of her commitment to the team, and to many of us on an individual basis, cannot be over emphasized or ever fully appreciated. We will miss her greatly. |
